How I lost 100 pounds…
I had to do a lot of research on my own when I first started….No nutritionist or trainer…just thought I’d share, it helped me and could do the same for you…. No-Pasta, Bread, Soda, Alcohol, Dairy, “Kids Snacks”, Candy, Juice… Fat Burning Foods-Oats, raw almonds, egg whites, lean meat (turkey, chicken), berries, peanut butter (all natural), fish (salmon, tuna), grapefruit, green tea, chili peppers, spinach and green vegetables, whole grins, beans (black, lima)… *No-fruits past 4pm, eating past 9pm, fried food, proportions should be no bigger than your fist. Snacks-Peanut butter and celery, carrots (1 cup), almonds (24), fruit (1 cup)… Best Fruit-Melons, berries, pears, oranges, apples…. Ideal Meal Plan-Br-Oatmeal/eggs, fruit…..Snack…Lu-Meat, vegetables, fruit (should be your biggest meal)….Snack…Di-Meat, vegetables (should be your lightest meal)…. This plan plus working out anyone could lose weight…especially if I did…
